Half Jack – Level 1
With your feet together, tap one leg out to the side
Lift both arms up then down
Repeat on the other side
Jump Jack – Level 2
Jump both legs out to the side. Keep your knees over your toes. Arms lift up in time with your legs.
Explosive jump jack – Level 3
Stand up straight, feet together. Reach down to your toes, Jumping up in a star shape, land feet together, with knees softly bent
This is good for: All major muscles in lower body, arms heart and lungs.
1 Plank
2 Lunge
3 Press Ups
4 Squat
5 Jacks
The exercises are designed to work the major muscles in the upper and lower body, your core (including your lower back) whilst getting the blood and oxygen flowing round your heart and lungs. Incorporating functional exercises into your daily routine allows the entire body to work together to produce optimal movements.
